I do one handed shooting starting from under the rim, moving back one step further everytime i swished a shot (no rim, just net). I would go keep doing it until I made a one handed 3 point shot After doing that, shooting two handed (normal) becomes very easy because I don't have to balance the ball anymore

Where’s the description

I think adding side by side view of both options shown in live play together and then slowed down would have helped a lot in this video. You say you can do A or B from the move so seeing them pulled at the same time would help to understand the moves better.

Believe it or not, my teammate in the rec league shoots his 3 pt shots like that. His form is exactly like that @1:01. But he makes 2 or 3 three's every game. Doesn't have "a bag" but can score from the 3 point area.

Tip #4: Do NOT shoot from the sides of your head. Shoot from the same line as your nose is. Shooting from the shoulders' lines not only looks ridiculous but also kills your depth perception and you have to calculate the depth/distance for every single shot. Not preferable. Tip #5: Put a spin on the ball. Do NOT make a dry shot. The spin reduces the air resistance and it keeps the ball close to the rim after it bounces, in most of the cases. A dry shot has unpredictable outcomes after a bounce.

The more I use my left hand with shooting, it helps me with dribbling better. What is interesting is how I shoot with a different hand formation with the ball achieving a higher arc when I compare it with right hand(dom) with a less of an arc and more of a straighter line lol
